In honor of this, here’s a scene from the 1996 Russell Crowe movie For the Moment. Russell played Lachlan Curry, a young Australian airman who is training to become a bomber pilot in Manitoba during World War II. He becomes involved with a married woman – and hey, it’s a pretty good movie. So since it all takes place in Canada, this is our little salute!
