This is a young musician named Russ Le Roq, who was not quite the sensation of a George Michael or even an Andrew Ridgeley (seen here: https://youtu.be/pIgZ7gMze7A).
Many of you may not remember Russ Le Roq. I’m not sure anybody outside Australia or New Zealand had heard of Russ, but here he is on the Shazam! show back in 1985, performing that not-quite-a-hit What’s the Difference:

Yeah I was thinking the same thing when I was watching it. That’s one of those things that when you get enough money, you try to go around buying up each and every copy to destroy! LOL Oh well! 😀
